Returns / Refunds
Unfortunately we can’t and don’t offer you return or refund or exchange once you placed your order.

Cancel / Reschedule 
If we consent the cancelation of your order or reschedule your order to the next delivery/pickup batch, we will provide you with a store credit (valid for 6 months) less a 20% restocking fee.
Your order can only be cancel or reschedule if you submit your request H-7 of the original delivery/pickup date.

IMPORTANT
All items are freshly made on the day it is going to the airport for interstate shipping. In this case, from our HQ Kitchen in Perth, your order will be produced on Thursday afternoon and then will be dispatched to Melbourne / Sydney by midnight and usually will arrive by Friday Morning.


Normally, it will be ready for pickup on-time, however delay might happen. More informations will be provided H-1 or on the day.

Although it is unusual and very unlikely,  there is still a possibility that your orders will arrived damaged and or deteriorate due to interstate courier handling which is out of our control. If such occurs happen, all strudels will still be safe and delicious to be consumed, just will not looks as good as it supposed to.

By placing order and making payment, you are agree of the statements and risks as stated above and we will not be held responsible and no return or refund or exchange will be provided if such event happen. 

In a scenario where we have to reschedule the pickup / delivery time due to change of flights schedules or any unforeseen conditions, we will inform you with the new dates of pickup / delivery. If you no longer wish to have it on the reschedule time and date, we will provide you with a credit note of the amount you have paid for future transaction. No refund will be provided.
