IMPORTANT
Please remember, all items were freshly made on the day it is going to the airport for interstate shipping. In this case, from our HQ Kitchen, your order was produced on Thursday afternoon and then shipped by plane to Melbourne by midnight and just arrived Friday Morning.

Although it is unusual,  there is still a possibility that your orders arrived damaged and or deteriorated due to interstate courier handling which is out of our control. If such occurs happen, all strudels will still be safe and delicious to be consumed, just will not looks as good as it supposed to.

As stated on our website, by placing order and making payment, you have agreed of the statements and risks as stated above and we will not be held responsible and no refund will be provided if such event happen.
